To add a role

In the People container, click the Users subcontainer.

In the list view, right-click and then click New.

In the Entry Name box, type the role name and click OK. For more information, see Role name.

In the Role Configuration dialog box, complete the tabs. See the links under Related topics for complete information.

Click OK.
