Installation and Configuration

Interaction Feedback is an IC Business Manager program module that is installed with PureConnect Customer Interaction Center (CIC) components during CIC installation. If the CIC license includes the Interaction Feedback base license, during CIC server installation Interaction Feedback will be installed and available in Interaction Administrator for configuration.
