Software and hardware requirements

Interaction Feedback has the same basic software and hardware requirements as the CIC servers, which are described in the PureConnect Installation and Configuration Guide, available in the PureConnect Documentation Library.

Please note that Interaction Feedback is not supported on the TAPI Platform.
