Configure CIC for IBM Domino/Notes

After the CIC server software has been installed, configure the IBM Domino mail provider in IC Setup Assistant or post-installation in the Interaction Administrator Mail container.

The following options are available in Interaction Administrator only.

The Use Database Search and Use Folder References settings are available in the Notes Configuration screen in the Interaction Administrator Mail container. They provide a significant performance improvement when accessing a mailbox via the TUI.
