Configure CIC for SSL/TLS after the initial CIC installation

If you want your CIC system to use SSL/TLS, we recommend that you install and configure the CIC server first without configuring for email security.

Once you have determined the CIC system is functioning properly, configure CIC for SSL/TLS in the Interaction Administrator Mail container. For instructions, see Interaction Administrator Help and the PureConnect Security Features Technical Reference in the PureConnect Documentation Library.
