Outlook client on user workstations

CIC supports the following Microsoft Outlook client versions on user workstations:

• Microsoft Outlook 2013

• Microsoft Outlook 2010 SP2 (32-bit and 64-bit)

Visit the Testlab site at http://testlab.genesys.com/ for the latest service packs certified for use with CIC. Microsoft recommends applying the latest Outlook service packs for full functionality.
