Step 8: Interaction Firmware install

The Interaction Firmware install contains the latest supported firmware for Polycom, Interaction SIP Station, AudioCodes, and Genesys managed IP phones.

Install.exe auto-starts the Interaction Firmware Part 1 and Interaction Firmware Part2 installs and proceeds to install it automatically.

You can view the progress and successful completion of the installs in the Install.exe Installation Progress window.
