Supported mail providers for S/MIME

S/MIME is supported for:

• Microsoft Exchange and IMAP only. S/MIME for these mail providers uses the CIC certificate store (the email server’s certificate, email certificates/private keys, and related files stored in the \I3\IC\Certificates\Email directory).

• The decryption and/or verification of incoming queued emails only (ACD configuration in workgroup and Interaction Attendant routing). The sending of S/MIME messages is not currently supported.
