Manual Switchover

A CIC administrator can trigger a manual switchover using the Switchover Control Panel (for example, to allow for maintenance on a server or to install a CIC service update).

Note: Within a Dialer environment, in order to trigger a manual CCS Switchover using the Switchover Control Panel, user must provide Service Account credentials that are used to run Interaction Center Services.
