Polycom Provisioning FTP Adapter

Polycom phones running 2.1.4 firmware (the IP300 and IP500) use the Provisioning FTP Adapter for their initial firmware requests. This adapter by default listens on Port 21, but you cannot disable it by creating the server parameter Provision FTP Enabled and setting it to No.
