Special Information Tones Reference

Special Information Tones (SIT) are sequences of tones in a certain frequency range. This series of tones uses cadences and durations to identify problematic situations related to the construction of a telephone call.

The call analysis feature of Interaction Media Server recognizes the following SIT in calls:
