QoS feature requirement

In CIC 4.0, a new QoS driver was developed to more closely integrate with Customer Interaction Center. Depending on your installation, a QoS selection screen might appear prompting you to choose the QoS driver installation, recommending that the PureConnect QoS driver be installed.

In the QoS Requirement screen, select PureConnect QoS driver to add the PureConnect certificate to the Trusted Publishers list and install the PureConnect QoS driver.
