11. Voicemails (Tracker)
The Voicemails (Tracker) package is available with the I3_ACCESS_TRACKER license. This package allows you to run reports that are compiled from Tracker data. Voicemails (Tracker) reports show voicemails left for each Tracker Contact and the user for which the voicemail was left.
The records for this package are stored in the following database tables: IntxSegment (ix), Intx_Participant (ixp), Individual (i), IndivAddress (ia).
