Network overview of Interaction SIP Bridge

Interaction SIP Bridge requires no additional network hardware than that necessary to connect a remote computer over the Internet to a standard VPN concentrator. Interaction SIP Bridge provides the following network features to the IP telephone:

• DHCP Option functionality, which enables out-of-the-box managed IP telephones to discover an Interaction SIP Bridge workstation without manual intervention

• Relay of RTP audio and SIP call control messaging

• Relay of HTTP and HTTPS provisioning messages to and from the Customer Interaction Center Provisioning server, which enables remote firmware updates and configuration enforcement
