Install and connect Interaction SIP Proxy

  1. Through Genesys or your Genesys partner, purchase Interaction SIP Proxy.

  2. Install Interaction SIP Proxy.

  1. In the Interaction SIP Proxy web interface, configure Interaction SIP Proxy to connect to the Customer Interaction Center server by selecting System > IC Integration.

  2. Using Interaction Administrator, trust the connection from the Interaction SIP Proxy system.
