Port Numbers

What port numbers does Interaction Web Tools use?

The port numbers used by Interaction Web Tools are as follows.

  • Communication between the agent's CIC client and the CIC server is through port 3952.

  • Communication between the web server and the visitor's browser typically uses port 80 for HTTP or port 443 for HTTPS, but these settings are configurable by the server.

  • Communication between the web server and the CIC server is configurable in Interaction Administrator. The defaults are port 3508 for HTTPS and 8114 for HTTP.
