Auto-scheduling
Dialer allows calls to be automatically rescheduled based on the result of the call. This is configured on the Campaign Recall Control tab. In general, it is a best practice to only autoschedule "busy" result calls. Autoscheduling answering machines does not make sense in most cases. Auto-scheduling too many calls can cause Dialer to become consumed making auto-scheduled calls to numbers already attempted instead of further penetrating the call list.
