Interaction Fax Help
Status
The fax status. There are six possible statuses:

Status |
Description |

Holding |
The fax has been sent to the fax server, but has not yet been transmitted. (The recipient’s fax number may be busy or you may have specified that the fax be sent at a later time.) |

Queued for sending |
The fax is ready to be sent and will be transmitted as soon as a fax resource is ready. |
|
Connecting |
The fax resource is making a phone call to transmit the fax. A fax is in a connecting state from the time the phone call begins until it is in full communication with the recipient's fax machine. |

Transmitting |
The fax resource is actually sending the fax. |
|
Successful |
The fax was successfully sent. |
|
Failed |
The fax transmission failed and all retry attempts have been exhausted. |
