Voicemail Button

Requirements: The "Voicemail" Interaction Command Right determines if the Voicemail button can appear on a toolbar. It also controls whether the Send to Voicemail command appears on a shortcut menu or is available via a keyboard shortcut. The Transfer Interactions to Voice Mail Security right enables you to transfer an interaction appearing in My Interactions to your voice mail.

Tip: Keyboard shortcuts work only if you select an interaction in My Interactions or other queue to ensure that it has focus before you press the keys.

Description

Click this button to transfer a selected call to your voice mail account.

Use this button if you want to send an incoming call to your voice mail instead of speaking with the caller.

Note: The Voicemail button is unavailable if the call is not in a state in which this action can be performed.
