E-mail Playback Dialog

This dialog displays the recorded E-mail interaction for your review. Right-click the recording to display a shortcut menu of options, which include: copying the recording to the clipboard, scoring the recording, and exporting the recording to a file.

Details pane

The interaction Details pages are displayed at the bottom of this window for your reference. You can use the Scoring page to add a Questionnaire or to Score this recording.
