Call History Report Help

Report View Toolbar

When viewing a report in the Workspace, several options are available from the Report View Toolbar. To learn more about these options, on the graphic below pause the mouse pointer over a button to display its function, and click to display more information.

 

Exporting a Report

You can Export a report to a Formatted or Unformatted file type. To export a report, on the main toolbar, click the Export button . On the drop-down menu, point to Formatted or Unformatted. Available Formatted file types are: Excel, HTML, PDF, or Text. The available Unformatted file type is CSV.

 

Call History Report

The Call History report displays detailed information for all dialing results from call history. The report includes many parameters for specific reporting results.

The information in this report includes:

  • Campaign name

  • Phone number

  • Call Date

  • Remote Answer time

  • Message Play time

  • Connected Agent time

  • Agent name

  • Call disconnected time

  • Call duration

  • Abandon OR Contacted

  • Category

  • Wrap-up code

Parameters

The following parameters can be specified for the Call History report:

  • Date Time

  • Abandoned

  • Agent ID

  • Campaign

  • Contacted

  • Connected to Agent

  • Duration

  • Phone Number

  • Site ID

  • Wrap-up Category

  • Show Legend

* Admin Access rights are required for the  Wrapup category and Wrapup code to be displayed in the report. If you do not have the appropriate rights, the ID (GUID) of the category or code is displayed in the report column.
