Interaction Optimizer Erlang-C Option for ACD Simulation

Interaction Optimizer now has a new feature that provides the ability to swap the ACD simulation based staffing requirement for either totaled or aggregated Erlang-C derived values. This setting must be configured with the assistance of the Support Center, by opening a support ticket to get the required script and to receive guidance for its implementation.
