SIP Soft Phone Requirements
CIC supports the SIP Soft Phone on workstations running on Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit), Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit), and Microsoft Windows 8.1(32-bit and 64-bit), which support the PureConnect QoS driver.
Notes:

CIC doesn't support the SIP Soft Phone on workstations running Microsoft Windows XP (32-bit and 64-bit), which does not support the PureConnect QoS driver.

CIC 2016 R2 and later supports Microsoft Windows 10.

CIC 2015 R1 and later supports Microsoft Windows 8.1.

CIC 2015 R1 and later no longer supports Microsoft Windows XP.
