Tip 10 Choosing fields for report columns

For Matrix reports, chose friendly names for the column fields that have a small number of finite values. Each value is placed in a separate column. For convenience, select a friendly name that has ten or fewer values. For a more intuitive report layout for friendly names that have more than ten values, place them in rows.
