Interaction SIP Bridge with Interaction SIP Proxy
Alternatively, you can configure Interaction SIP Bridge to register its associated IP telephone with an Interaction SIP Proxy instead of a Customer Interaction Center server.

If you use an Interaction SIP Proxy server as a registration source, Interaction SIP Bridge can register its associated IP telephone through the software-based VPN connection.This configuration has the following limitations:

Interaction SIP Bridge cannot use Digest Authentication with Interaction SIP Proxy.Interaction SIP Proxy is aware only of the managed IP telephone definitions that you define through Interaction Administrator.For more information about managed IP telephones, see Managed IP telephones and also read CIC Managed IP Phones Adminstrator's Guide in the PureConnect Documentation Library. Interaction SIP Proxy does not receive Interaction SIP Bridge workstation definitions from Customer Interaction Center.

Interaction SIP Proxy cannot provision firmware to the IP telephone that is associated with an Interaction SIP Bridge workstation.To have the satellite office provide firmware updates to the IP telephone, you must provide a separate provisioning server.
