Database configuration during CIC server installation

CIC configuration

Configures database logging — configures the CIC server to transport Reporting, Interaction Recorder, Interaction Tracker, Interaction Optimizer, Interaction Feedback, and Interaction Process Automation data from the CIC server to the database server via Persistent Message Queuing (PMQ). For more information, see "Database Logging".

Creates the necessary ODBC data sources in the Control Panel.

Automatically populates various configuration settings in Interaction Administrator (CIC Data Sources, Report Logs, Server Parameters, etc.).
