Appendix I: Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client config.xml file

When the Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client is installed, the configuration options are included in the config.xml file. The config.xml file is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\PureConnect\ICUserApps (directory of IC User Apps installation).

When using the command-line option to install the Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client, after the install is complete, edit the config.xml file to update your configuration options.
