Verifying the data source

During CIC installation a data source, IC Report Logs, is created during the database installation process in Setup Assistant. Interaction Report Assistant depends on this data source configured in Interaction Administrator IC Data Sources container.

Interaction Report Assistant connects to the database specified in IC Report Logs. It is a requirement that this data source exists for Interaction Report Assistant.
