Interaction SIP Bridge log files
By default Interaction SIP Bridge stores log data in the following file:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\inin_tracing\interactionsipbridge<n>.ininlog
%LOCALAPPDATA% is a variable that identifies the log file directory that Interaction SIP Bridge created during installation. By default, this variable equates to the following directory path:
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local
If you experience recurring problems with Interaction SIP Bridge, contact PureConnect Customer Care. The PureConnect Customer Care representative will ask for the log file to determine the problem. You may be asked to change the tracing levels through the Configuration - Diagnostics page. Do not change tracing levels unless directed to do so by a PureConnect Customer Care representative.
If you want to change the name and location of the log file, you can modify the ININ_TRACE_ROOT environment variable of the Windows operating system.
