Remarks
Valid values are obtained from a call to BeginTransaction()()()() or BeginTransactionAsync(EventHandler<(Of <<'(BeginTransactionCompletedEventArgs>)>>), Object).
Commit()()()() and Delete()()()() operations called on configuration objects that
have a valid transaction ID set will cause notifications for watched UserConfiguration objects that would be affected to be suspended until a call to
EndTransaction(Int32) or EndTransactionAsync(Int32, AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object) is made with the associated transaction ID.
