Legal values are useful for storing a set of strings that
the Value of a TrackerAttribute
can be restricted to. For instance, if you had a TrackerAttributeType with a
Name of cars, you may want to display
a list of possible Values for this Tracker attribute.
If the desired list of values is Chevy, Ford, Toyota, then the
LegalValues property would contain:
"Chevy", "Ford", and "Toyota"
