For an existing configuration object, a call to DownloadDocument()()()() or DownloadDocumentAsync(EventHandler<(Of <<'(AsyncCompletedEventArgs>)>>), Object) is required prior to accessing the document.
If this is a new configuration object, a call to SetConfigurationId(String) must be made prior to accessing the document.
When calling Commit()()()() or CommitAsync(AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object), the
response management document will be uploaded to the server if the configuration object is new, or if the document has been modified.
Additionally, if editing an existing document, the document must be downloaded prior to calling PrepareForEdit()()()().
