For an existing configuration object, a call to DownloadResource()()()() or DownloadResourceAsync(EventHandler<(Of <<'(AsyncCompletedEventArgs>)>>), Object) is required prior to accessing the resource.
When calling Commit()()()() or CommitAsync(AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object), the
image resource will be uploaded to the server if the configuration object is new, or if the image resource has been modified.
Additionally, if editing an existing image resource, the image resource must be downloaded prior to calling PrepareForEdit()()()().
