For an existing configuration object, a call to DownloadResource()()()() or DownloadResourceAsync(EventHandler<(Of <<'(AsyncCompletedEventArgs>)>>), Object) is required prior to accessing it.
When calling Commit()()()() or CommitAsync(AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object), the
client template will be uploaded to the server if the configuration object is new, or if the client template has been modified.
Additionally, if editing an existing client template, the client template must be downloaded prior to calling PrepareForEdit()()()().
