The 2019 R1 release of the Interaction Center supports the changes to the ICWS
API described below.

The Alerts service has been extended with a new /icws/{sessionId}/alerts/memos resource to support alert memos. New memos can be created via the POST /icws/{sessionId}/alerts/memos method, and memos can be deleted via the DELETE /icws/{sessionId}/alerts/memos/{memoId} method. Subscriptions to user memos can also be maintained via the put/icws/{sessionId}/messaging/subscriptions/alerts/user-memos and DELETE /icws/{sessionId}/messaging/subscriptions/alerts/user-memos methods.
Support has been added to add, update, and delete directory contacts via POST /icws/{sessionId}/directories/contacts/{directoryID}, PUT /icws/{sessionId}/directories/contacts/{directoryID}/{entryID}, and DELETE /icws/{sessionId}/directories/contacts/{directoryID}/{entryID}.
A new /icws/{sessionId}/directories/speed-dial resource has been added to provide support for Speed Dials
. The following APIs are available:
A new Response Management service was added to support response management. This service allows for retrieval of response management libraries defined on the server and available to the user, as well as retrieval and updating of the user's response management library.
This release of the Interaction Center supports the following ICWS
feature versions. See Versioning for more information about ICWS
versioning, including how documentation of an API includes its required feature version and how to query the Interaction Center at run time to determine what feature versions it supports.
Only the features listed below are supported by this release of the Interaction Center. Any other feature required by later versions of ICWS
is not supported. Similarly, for the listed features, this release of the Interaction Center only supports the listed version of that feature, not any higher version.
