Gets a list of subsystem certificates on the IC Server.

        The current status of the certificate. It will be one of the following values:

        New
        The certificate was created and has not been either trusted or untrusted yet. Subsystems using the certificate will not be allowed to connect to the IC Server until it is trusted.
        Trusted
        The certificate is trusted, and subsystems using the certificate will be allowed to connect to the IC Server.
        Untrusted
        The certificate is untrusted, and subsystems using the certificate will not be allowed to connect to the IC Server.
        400 - Bad Request
        Invalid request was provided.
