The Interaction Center Integrations Services provide access to the configuration data of 3rd-party applications that have been integrated into Interaction Center.

Services

  • Bots
    The Bots Service provides access to the PureConnect Bots integration configuration.

    This object type does not separate the ID and display name. As a result, the ID of the object type is used as the display name. If the display name is specified in the configuration id in a post or put operation, it will be ignored by the server.

  • Salesforce CTI Attribute Maps
    The Salesforce CTI configuration attribute map Service provides access to Interaction Center's Salesforce CTI configuration attribute map data.
