Interaction Center Web Services (ICWS)

Users

The User Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center User configuration data.

Users uses their mailboxProperties.displayName property as their display name. As a result, to set the display name of a user, the mailboxProperties.displayName must have the desired value because the server will ignore the display name value in the configurationId property.
