Latitude by Genesys End of Life Products
Genesys provides software updates for 18 months from the date of the release of the product version. With the release of Latitude 10.0 SU 9 in February 2019, SU7 and earlier releases have reached beyond their standard support expiration date.
Genesys recommends that current Latitude 10.0 customers update to the latest Latitude 10.0 Service Release. Active Latitude customers are entitled to update Latitude from previous Service Updates to the latest Service Update for free.

LOD = Last Order Date
EOM = End of Maintenance
EOS = End of Support
Effective Immediately (April 2020): Latitude by Genesys declares Latitude version 10 SU 07 and earlier EOL. Genesys will honor the dates established for EOM and apply the EOS policy to the date of January 1, 2020 for products scheduled for EOS beyond July 1, 2021. While Genesys makes every effort for third-party vendors to comply with Genesys EOL policy, Genesys cannot guarantee the vendors' adherence to the policy.

Definitions
EOL Announcement Date
General announcement of the LOD of commercially available Genesys products, and the corresponding EOM and EOS dates.
From the EOL Announcement Date onward, Genesys and partners cannot quote product(s) or Maintenance and Support on the EOL products to new Customers.
Up until LOD, it is still possible to quote add-on Orders for additional Seats (or such other previously Ordered License Unit Type/License Element), or Maintenance and Support renewals for Customers who have the applicable EOL product(s) installed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Genesys will honor outstanding quotes issued before the EOL Announcement Date until expiration of their validity date.
LOD
Ultimate date on which customers and partners can order additional units of an EOL product. On and after the LOD, Genesys won't issue or accept new quotes for such units.
EOM
From this date, no Releases (for example, fixes, updates) will be available for an EOL product.
EOS
From this date, all Genesys Maintenance and Support obligations cease.
