Notes Table

The Notes table contains notes for accounts. Each account can have multiple note records.

NOTE:

While importing the file through Exchange for Notes, phone number can be included in the following cases:

Phones Panel:

  1. If a phone number mentioned in Notes file does not belong to the primary debtor of the mentioned account, then that phone number will be added for the primary debtor of the account.
  2. If a Phone number is mentioned in Notes file, the Attempts in Phones panel will get affected based on the Policy configured for Action code mentioned in Notes file.
  3. When importing a Notes file from Exchange, if the 'Update Linked Accounts' checkbox is checked and the account is a linked- account, then the Phones panel will be affected for the primary debtor of all associated linked accounts.

Compliance Panel:

  1. If a Result Code from the Notes file is configured for Compliance Attempts and Contacts, then after importing such files, the Compliance Panel will be affected based on the Result Code configured in the Policy Settings.
  2. When importing a Notes file from Exchange, if the 'Update Linked Accounts' checkbox is checked and the account is a linked- account, then the Compliance panel will be affected for the primary debtor of all associated linked accounts.
