Access Legal Account Permission

Use the Access Legal Account permission to specify whether users can view an account that has a legal case associated to it. 

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Accounts folder and then click Access Legal Account.

Scope

This permission is available for all scopes.

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify whether to display a warning regarding an account with a legal case. Enable the permission for a scope and specify the settings.

• Display a warning to the user to alert them that the account is currently in legal: If selected, displays a warning indicating that the account has a legal case associated to it.
