AIM

Use the AIM Panel to view Agency Interface Module (AIM) information. You can use AIM to track and maintain information for accounts that you placed with outside collection agencies. The AIM panel includes the General, History, Requests/Notifications, and Arrangements tabs. You can place accounts with, and recall accounts from an outside collection agency or attorney. You can also view transaction history, create requests, respond to requests, and view payment arrangements.

To view the panel, your administrator must have selected the panel in the Work Form Panels permission.
