Create Custom Queues Permission

Use the Create Custom Queues permission to specify whether users can create a custom work queue. 

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Management folder and then click Create Custom Queues.

Scope

This permission is available for all scopes.
