Edit Letter Requests Permission

Use the Edit Letter Requests permission to specify whether users can open Microsoft Word from within Letter Console to create a letter template.

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Letters folder and then click Edit Letter Requests.
