Global Settings

Global settings are contained in an internal table that you cannot access within Latitude. To change attributes for a global setting, contact Latitude by Genesys Support.

Note Display Case Setting Global Setting

Account View – Show Notes in Upper Case: This option determines whether notes display in uppercase or mixed case. If this setting is 1, the notes display in uppercase. If this setting is 0, notes display in mixed case, which is the default setting.

Surcharge Calculation Global Settings

Promises – Control surcharge calculation mode: This setting determines whether users can choose the surcharge method when adding a PDC or Credit Card Payment.

Promises – Control surcharge calculation mode: This setting determines whether to deduct the surcharge from or add it to the calculated payment. If this setting is True (1), the system deducts the surcharge from the calculated payment. If this setting is False (0), the system adds the surcharge to the calculated payment.
