Linked Payment Spread Method Permission

Use the Linked Payment Spread Method permission to specify how to spread payments across linked accounts.  

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Arrangements folder and then click Linked Payment Spread Method.

Scope

This permission is available for the following scopes:

• System

• Role

• User

• Branch

• Business Class

• Customer Group

• Customer

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify how payments spread across linked accounts. Enable the permission for a scope and then specify the settings.

• Spread method: Method for spreading payments across linked accounts.

• Allow the user to manually specify the payment spread: If selected, the user can spread the payment manually.

• Sort Field 1 through 4: Order in which to spread the payment across accounts.
