Queue Providers Permission

Use the Queue Providers permission to specify the queue providers that are available for the user to work.

Location

In the Latitude Permissions and Policies Editor window, expand the Work Form folder and then click Queue Providers.

Scope

This permission is available for the following scopes:

• System

• Role

• User

• Branch

Policy

This policy allows your organization to specify the queue providers that display in the Work Form. Enable the permission for a scope and then select the queues a user can open from the Work Form.
