Search for an Account by Invoice (POD)

Use the Simple Search tab in the Latitude Search - Search for Account window to search for a Particulars of Debt (POD) account by invoice. The system sends POD accounts to an agency containing one or more invoices.

To search for an account by invoice (POD)

  1. In the Main Menu window, click Work or press Alt + W. The Work Form appears. The Work Form appears.

  2. From the Search menu, click Search or press Ctrl + F. The Latitude Search - Search for Account window appears.

  3. Click the Simple Search tab.

  4. In the Invoice # box, type the POD invoice number.

  5. Click Search. The results display on the Search Results tab. If the system doesn't find a match, it displays a message to that effect.
