Search for an Account by SSN

Use the Simple Search tab in the Latitude Search - Search for Account window to search for an account by the debtor's or co-debtor's Social Security Number (SSN). SSNs could exist in Latitude with dashes, slashes, spaces, or as numbers only. Make sure you type the SSN exactly as it exists in Latitude.

To search for an account by SSN

1. In the Main Menu window, click Work or press Alt + W. The Work Form appears. The Work Form appears.

2. From the Search menu, click Search or press Ctrl + F. The Latitude Search - Search for Account window appears.

3. Click the Simple Search tab.

4. In the SSN box, type the debtor's or co-debtor's SSN.

5. Click Search. The results display on the Search Results tab. If the system doesn't find a match, it displays a message to that effect.
