Select Accounts to Include in the Payment Arrangement
Use the Select Accounts page in the Enter New Arrangements window to select the linked accounts that the debtor promises to pay. If the account is not linked to other accounts, the Select Accounts page is not available.
If the customers have trust accounts (banks) that do not permit deposit to the general trust account, you cannot spread payments across those accounts. You can, however, create a separate payment arrangement for each linked account. You set general trust account permissions in the Control File.
To select accounts to include in the payment arrangement

If the Select Accounts page isn't open already, in the Tasks list, click Select Accounts. The Select Accounts page appears.
File Number: Unique code that Latitude assigned to identify the account.
Customer: Customer associated to the account.
Desk: Desk assigned to the account.
Branch: Branch associated to the account.
Received: Date your organization received the account.
Balance: Remaining balance on the account.
Selected Accounts: Number of accounts selected to include in the arrangement.
Selected Balance: Total balance for the accounts selected to include in the arrangement.

Select the check box for each account to include in the payment arrangement or, to select all accounts, click Select All.
Tip: To clear all the check boxes, click Select None.
If the linked accounts belong to customers using separate trust (bank) accounts, the system groups the accounts on the trust account. In the following example, two accounts belong to one group and one account belongs to another group. You can only include accounts within the same group.

To select accounts in a group, click the group to display its accounts and then select the check box for each account to include in the payment arrangement. If the linked accounts have restrictions, more information appears when you select the accounts to include in the payment arrangement. See the following example:
